At Paulsun we understand we are building your dream home. That is why you work with us every step of the way.

  • Initial Consultation

    Your needs matter, which is why a complimentary consultation is the first step we take in building your structure together. The consultation will help us to understand your specific needs, ideas and budget.

  • Architecture & Design

    We work with our skilled team to design your vision. We take in to account all of the details you have provided for us when designing your new home, including budget and timeline.

  • Building Contract

    Upon approval of the design of your home we will meet with you to review plans, schedule, budget and contracts. Building a new home is a big project and we plan to be there to guide you through the process.

  • City Plan & Approval

    We are versed in the paper work require to receive permits, we take care of submitting your plans for approval.

  • Construction

    When construction begins you will really begin to see your dreams take form. We will work with you to nail down interior details, like colour schemes.

  • Your New Home

    Once your home is completed we will walk you through the finished product. Our step by step approach means we know you will be satisfied with the finished product.
